Jitterbug (Great Call) Complaint - Follow-up to VP of Customer Service

I can see that Ms. Sue Weaver would me to call her because she would like to make things right with what her employees tell prospective customers--that their upfront hidden charge of $35 collected with no mention of the charge before the purchase needs to be modified with their employees. In other words, please let me know who said the truth to you so we can tell them to tell customers less information about Jitterbug's hidden charges and make more things "hidden."

Please, if you want to attract and draw customers, don't promise to be transparent, just BE transparent and tell the prospective customer your charges and policies upfront, or don't charge them--it is really that simple!
