Priceline.com Complaint - Terrible!!!
We booked a stay with Priceline and had to cancel it because my son became ill and was not allowed to travel per doctors orders. We had a doctors note. I called and cancelled the reservation. My husband did not agree with the cancellation charges so he called them back and spoke to someone else at Priceline to dispute the cancellation charges. Without telling my husband, Priceline then took back the cancellation of the reservation. I then received an e mail asking how our stay was. I was shocked since I knew I had called them to cancel and we did not go on our trip. My husband then called Priceline and they did not want to do anything even though no one ever told my husband that they were going to uncancel the reservation. I don't see how they can do that and not say anything to us when I has a cancellation confirmation number. I would NOT recommend that anyone use this company!!!!
