Ashley Furniture Complaint - DO NOT expect you furniture on time... EVER!!
DRAPER,, UTAH -- If you ever decide to purchase furniture from Ashley Furniture, I strongly digress! My first purchase was the Brando cafe sectional, I paid 80 bucks for delivery scheduled 3 weeks later because they don't stock it, and then they called two days before delivery date and delayed the delivery for one more week. I then contacted a manager and he was very helpful and found out the delay was bogus and they had it at the warehouse, but my shipping reservation was already changed so I then had to pick it up myself (and they never refunded the shipping charge like they said they would). At pickup I watched them apply the fabric guard with my own eyes and it's a joke! They just kind of squirt it real quick. We decided to put the past behind us and get the matching ottoman after all. The salesman was rude and put out to help us, but, we ordered it anyways, (because of coarse they don't have it in stock) then, 3 weeks later they call again and tell me there is a delay and I won't see it for another week!! IT'S A TINY LITTLE OTTOMAN!! How hard can it be? Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with Ashley Furniture again. Twice bit, Thrice shy I guess. So, good luck to all, and expect large quantities of unexplainable delays and maybe then it won't be such a terrible experience of hopeless discontent.
