Priceline.com Complaint - Theives and Liars
I went to Priceline.com to schedule a flight to Texas for my son's wedding. I scheduled 6 weeks in advance with a great price. I never received an itenerary. I called the airling to confirm and we had no fight number and the airling was unable to locate us. I assumed that I did something wrong and we tried to reschedule with Priceline and the price tripled. We received a no-show email from Priceline and were billed for a flight that we were never confirmed on. We could not get our money back. The customer service representative had a pre-written statement to read to me..I told him this must happen all the time are there would be no need for this reading. I have to pay for this flight as well as the one with the company who serviced me well, whom by the way is Cheapflights.com. Never, ever again will I use them and I will tell everyone I now not to use this company. They are nothing, but theives!!!
