JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. Complaint - Checking Acct Frozen-No notice and no money! - Checking account and overdraft line of credit $7000

Checking account and overdraft line of credit $7000 - Complaint
Review by humblejohn on 2010-09-24
As of 9/17/10 I have no more funds-Chase has frozen my checking account overdraft loan. Many calls and entreaties have been ignored. Chase states they have made an error but cannot do anything about it-supposed to be cleared up by 9/21-but that was a lie. I have been a customer for 30 yrs and all of a sudden I am a crook. According to one phone caller whose name is supposedly "Duan" in mortgage and home lending he just got the request to fix the account on 9/23 and he will need at least 24 to 48 hrs to "maybe" fix the problem. (800-848-9117).The bank has been promising to fix since 9/17/10. I have run out of options-all the higher-ups office numbers are blocked and unavailable to customers with problems!

These people are to be avoided if you know what is good 4 u.

My advice to you is to contact the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Administrator of National Banks and file a complaint against Chase.
