Advanced Automotive Complaint - Step outside and I'll kick your ass!

BRANSON, ARKANSAS -- The manager actually spoke to us like a bully in a bar. He had a small billing disagreement with us over a part that broke during installation. I was charged a fee for delivery of a part from O'Rielly's, two stores down the road. If they had called me I would have picked it up and delivered it for free. Because I buy all lifetime parts for my car. We were not called and ask anything. We paid this bill and I will never return ever.

You do not yell and treat customers that way. Plus they do not use fender covers, even though they said they did. I have a new scratch and saw them wiping off my car with a dirty rag!!! I am still looking for a honest repair shop, with nice management.

That sounds like a place to avoid. Was it anywhere on the documentation, that if they have to have a part picked up, you are going to be charged an extra fee? What did he say, when you showed him the scratch they left on your car?
