The Hyatt Complaint - The Hyatt - Compass Restaurant in Phoenix, AZ

Review by ahhmotors on 2010-09-25
PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- My wife and I went to eat at the Compass restaurant in Phoenix, AZ on Sept 18, 2010. It was a nice dinner and staff was friendly but the next mourning both my Wife and I where violently ill which lasted three days. I had never been that sick before from food. We called Hyatt and they said there is no way it could be there food. Well now I am posting this complaint every where I can and sending a complaint to the Phoenix food and drug administration. Buyer beware when at the Hyatt in Phoenix!

Did you seek medical treatment? While it may have been food from the Hyatt that caused your illness, there's no proof unless there's a diagnosis of food poisoning and then they'd want to identify the source. I'm not doubting your illness, but the Hyatt could reasonably look at this complaint and say that there isn't anything that shows them to be the source of your sickness.

Very true Alain. It's very possible the source was something other than the food, whereas couples share so many things.

Went to Hospital and it was food poisoning and if you want me to make a case out of this I will, I was just warning people. All I can say is I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

What did you eat there? That would help others to know what type of food it was, according to you, that made you and your wife so ill.

Food poisoning is bad news, especially for children and older adults, due to dehydration issues. What did the hospital diagnose what it was? E-coli, samonella?
