CS Wagner Transport Complaint - Still Waiting For Pay.

Review by breaker19 on 2010-09-26
WAYNESBORO, PENNSYLVANIA -- I was told of CS Wagner by the company I bought my truck from. I was told what a great guy [snip] was and started working with him. When delays in the paycheck were becoming too frequent and additional things that I was being billed for like Prepaid legal, without my consent I decided to move companies. Once I did that I did not receive my pay for my last 2 loads. I wish someone would have warned me about this company. They make a great sale, Oh we have your back.

Tread with caution as you will not be a top priorty. He will stop taking your phone calls and refuses to talk to his drivers.

Sounds like you need to hire an attorney to fight this one out. Good grief, here I go again with the lawyer talk!
