Frontier Verizon Complaint - Wow!!!! - DSL

WEST VIRGINIA -- 1St off I don't have Frontier I have Earthlink services and Frontier took it it on themselves to disconnect my service to plug up one of my neighbors accounts it took 2 wks of calling to get them to even issue a trouble ticket know they are not sure if or when it can be fixed. Who gave this company a business license and why I am so scared to see when the bills come in what new brand of madness can occur..

I have a very sneaky suspcion that something shady is going on but usually people who are doing illegal switching have there act together and do not leave you without service for weeks.

Contact the West Virginia Attorney General's Office about this at 1-800-368-8808 (Consumer Hotline) or use the main number at 304-558-2021. They'd be interested in your report of this incident.
