I bought a dishwasher, gas range, and a refrigerator online on 8/21/2010.

1. The website claims that most of the orders are processed within 2 business days.

Seeing that the status of the order did not change for a week and a half (09/01/2010) I have emailed the company for the update. The responded back seeing that the order will be shipped on September 8th without giving any reasons for the delay.

On September 8th I have emailed the customer service. They responded "Your item is currently on backorder from the manufacturer and will need 7-10 days lead time to ship"

I would never know about the status of my order if I would not emeiled them.

During that time I also made a few phone calls also. Each time they claimed that they would have sent the items last week if they had not discovered something with on the of the items.

On the 13th I called again to find out the status. The guy stated they had found something with one of the items!!!. I said that I thought you did not shipped the appliances yet because you had found something with one of the items. And he said "O that's right". I could not stand this anymore and I requested a refound.

2. The email stated that it would take 5-7 business days for the refound. Today is 9/27/2010 and I still have not been got my money back.

Unhappy customer.

the day I wrote my review I received an email from the company stating that the refound will be posted within 24h. 30h later i received an email that the refound will be posted within 48h now.

what a company!
