FurnitureHomestore.com Complaint - The Worst Transaction Ever!

CHARLOTTE, NC -- This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with! I am not even sure if it is a real furniture store since I never received my furniture and was finally told, after nine weeks of waiting, that the furniture I ordered was too difficult to manufacture and that I would have to choose something else if I wanted furniture at all. This was after nine weeks of waiting in an empty house and being strung along by sales staff! I never should have trusted them in the first place because their website doesn't work and you have to order over the phone. When I finally cancelled my order, I received insulting and nearly illiterate emails from one of the managers telling me I was a "problem" from the start and that it was basically my fault I couldn't get the furniture I ordered because it wasn't a popular style. Fortunately, a very popular and reputable furniture company carries a similar style and I was able to order from them instead.
