Rapid Refill Ink Complaint - Flawed cartridges - Epson Stylus CX4800
RENO, NEVADA -- My experience with Rapid Refill has been a nightmare. I live in Reno, NV and there is an installation (store) at 5110 MaeAnne Ave, Suite 503, Reno NV. I had done business with store and owner in early 2008 for the first time.
I had found that their cartridges were not filled either with proper amount of ink.
Some were overfilled and some were under filled. They also leaked and contaminated the other cartridges. As to the competency of the staff there left much to be desired, including the owner. When I asked what pound paper they had for my printer. The employee was clueless as to the fact that paper is gauged by its weight. I know this because I have run printers from Oxidata line printer and IBM’s 1403, which prints 1300 lines a minute. I have run and operated IBM’s #3800 Laser printer series that prints 13,000 lines a minute. The owner paid me in cash for all the faulty and flawed products. This year 2010 I decided to cut the guy (owner) an even break.
That was a disastrous mistake. I figured in the 2-3 years from my first experience that they would clean up their "act", but NO it's even worse.
When I call the franchisor in Toronto and no response with two calls made. Well to make a long story short. This owner wants
Only what he wants and not to take on his true business responsibility.
To boot, the franchisor seems to be acting the same way...I'll see if this draws some attention

When I called this new number above I spole to a woman named Erica. She said I had to talk to the specific store owner. I said that has not proven fruitful. She reiterated that was my only avenue and rudely and abruptly hung up on me.
