THAI Kitchen Informative - Too Bad - Thai Kitchen Spicy Thai Basil

Review by Ms Mac on 2010-09-27
BERKELEY, CALIFORNIA -- Too Bad. I was looking forward to trying this. Its a great idea and the packaging is very good, with a convenient well put together package to take right along to work.
Unfortunately, I found a salty, vinegar-tasking dish (most likely the sauce) with powdered vegetables which contain no nutrition at all.
And priced at a Gourmet level to boot.

I too was disappointed with the Thai Kitchen product, I had the Pad Thai and it was more like Thai flavored top ramen noodles, definitely not worth the price and not what I was expecting to get.

Good info, jkt. That's the first thing I look at before buying something new.

Good review, OP. Sorry you wasted your money.

I always look at the ingredients and nutritional info. Started doing that back in '92 after the heart problems.

I'm a junk food addict, so I like to make most of the real food I eat. I try to make sure it has all the good stuff I need for the day. If only that would cancel out the junk, I'd have it made.

I also tried this in some form (of which I can't remember) some time back. Wasn't impressed either. Thanks for letting others know.
