Neurotransmitter testing/Amino acid therapy - Complaint
ARLINGTON -- In my experience this Dr/practice is very busy/chaotic to know what is going
on. I spent over $1,200.00 for very poor service-I don't know what else to call it. The Dr. does not honor his word to the point of not even doing what he himself says he is going to do. My own doctor has not gotten a real response from him. Please understand that I am not going into specifics. This is a classic case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing...but they took my money. They even charged me $165.00 to have blood test results explained to me,(I had the written results in my hand)it took all of 15 minutes. I even get calls to confirm appointments that have been cancelled, the list goes on. I am appalled that a practitioner of
alternative medicine could let their practice slip in this way. Being very busy is now excuse for neglecting patient needs. If anyone is interested in hearing specifics, just ask. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Specifics aren't necessary. This review would be enough to keep me away. It sounds expensive, careless and negligent.
