Priceline.com Complaint - Ripped off and then poor customer service
I rented a room in Madison, GA last week and was given the rate of $53 by Priceline yet the hotel itself was charging around $39 per night. I called Priceline and notified them of their mark up yet the man who spoke little English gave me technocratic answers and addressed me as a number essentially and said I needed to have called within 24 hours. Also Priceline does not give information to contact their management... I wonder why, they are a conning organization who could care less for customers.
I have yet to receive any viable response as to why they ripped me off and why the price was higher even though they claim the lowest prices. Also I contacted the one "management" e-mail they provided two days ago and no reply. Sorry and incompetent service. Use Expedia or Hotels.com or anything besides this company if you ask me!
