Briggs Complaint - Blown Motor In 3 Months
I put in a brand new motor 3 months ago and lost a cylinder, yet Briggs will not cover it under warranty. I have been in the business over 20 years and have never had a problem like this, but have never been a big fan of Briggs.
The customer service representative was very rude and provided no info.
I will never purchase another BS motor again and I suggest the same for you all.
