Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Complaint - Horrible Customer Service
CINCINNATI, OHIO -- I am currently on my phone holding for Anthem Customer Service so I can pay my health insurance premium - I have been holding for 87 minutes and this is pretty typical of every interaction I have with this company. I keep getting the reminder "We are helping other customers, please continue to hold" - I can't help but wonder how long they have been holding - surely as long as I have. This is ridiculous.
Unfortunately, I am in my 50's and it is difficult to get insurance so I am forced to continue with this company.
