Bizchair.com Complaint - Stay away from BizChair

CANTON, GEORGIA -- Stay away from Bizchair! Their customer service is horrible. I placed an order for 2 banquet tables on 8/14/10 and received an email saying that one of the table is on back order and that it will be available the first or second week in September. Well, we're now at the end of September and no tables (and this is after multiple inquiries). I spoke with Dion, who was supposed to be the "supervisor" and was useless. She was rude and told me that she was doing me a favor contacting the shipper to see where my shipment was. When you do business with customers, you do whatever it takes to please the customer! Dion made it appear that I was privileged to have received her help; that no other company would have called the shipper to inquire on the status. This is by far the worse company I've ever dealt with online and I will never shop here or recommend to anyone! Their customer service reps, including their supervisor need some training in customer management!
