HIT Web Solutions Informative - Buyer Beware - Web Design

Review by WTBT on 2010-09-28
PROVO, UTAH -- I am a small business and am quickly realizing that Heritage Internet Technology aka HIT web designs aka Heritage web solutions or whatever other alias they go by are not what they say! BEWARE - RUN but if running is to late here are some options to help you.

1.Consumer protection is for individual that ARE NOT A business - contact the FTC immediately and file a complaint regarding services NOT provided.
If it is not business related contact the Consumer protection act immediately and get the case worked. The only way to shut this company down is in numbers. United we stand.

2. Contact your credit card company asap and open a dispute with the charges and make sure you shut them down to beable to make further charges to the credit card. If you don't request them to not allow this company to do anymore transactions they can continue charging your account.

3. Contact the Better Business Bureau and open a case against the company.

4. If you have been wronged by this company you can go to small claims court and be vendicated. If you need legal services there is a Tuesday night bar under Consumer protection that you can get legal advice.

How much money are they getting by people doing nothing?
Do not just complain on a site that means nothing but venting. Be proactive and don't allow this company to do this to anyone else. My goal is to make you aware of the actions you need to take as a consumer.
If you are a small business please contact your local state representative and ask them to get it to where the Consumer protection and the State Attorney can support the actions of the small businesses in the state of Utah. So the State can shut poor business practices down. We pay taxes and need the State services and should have them.
