Averatec Complaint - Extremely Poor Service

The battery on Averatec 1000 died, so I went to the Averatec website to purchase a new one. It wasn't shown on the wb, so I called "customer service" and left a recorded message that I wanted to buy a battery. I did this four times over 6 days.

Despite the promises on the Averatec recording, no one ever called back. I'd hate to think what would happen if I had a more serious issue.
