Sprint - Mobile Complaint - Employee discount delay for 5 months- Sprint Mobile
OVERLAND PAR, KANSAS -- I have talked with Sprint four times already in 4 months and I have yet to receive my employee discount that I had been promised after 2 months.
When I purchased my phone I was told I could receive a employee discount for my services. However, I would have to wait 2 billing cycles before it would go into effect. (i think its so you can't save money on the first big bill) To me this delay seems way to long for someone to put a discount through.
So I waited 2 billing cycles and never received my discount. So I called them up and they apologized and said it should be taking effect soon.
4 months later I still have to receive my discount, so I message a Sprint representative online. Micheal then proceed to tell me I could only receive this discount if I where to resign my contract or add a new phone line. I protested and asked why and said that they where trying to steal money from me. He couldn't solve my problem so I called Sprint admittedly. The representative apologized for the problem and sent in a request again. Sense the last one did not work apparently and I was never notified of the issue. He said that the problem will be applied at my next billing cycle. (how can it take one billing cycle now and 2 at the beginning?)
$12.16*5=$60.8 that I have been forced to pay because Sprint can't apply a discount like they have promised.
Looking at it as if I would just get it applied after 2 months I have lost
$60.8 - $24.32 = $36.48
I will update this post when I receive my discount. Hopefully sooner then later or I am going into the store to have a chat/yelling contest.
