AirTran Airways Complaint - Employee attitudes
Recently flew Airtran roundtrip from San Antonio to Washington D. C. We were held almost an hour in San Antonio because a seat would not stay all the way forward for take off. This made us miss our connection in Atlanta. The person in the seat was ultimately moved to another seat. Why did this genius of a decision take so long. The representatives were not friendly at all. The employees in both Atlanta and Washington D. C. had a horrible attitude. One male at the counter in D. C. said "I didn't say it was your turn".
All I can say is that the merger with Southwest will probably help things because Southwest employees seem to care about the customer.
