American Express Complaint - Lack Of Loyalty
Today I called the American Express CS Department to see why my interest rate had gone up so high after over 20 years of doing business with American Express. I have been a loyal customer, never late with my payments, with over 40,000 unused rewards points.
I was unable to get a straight answer from American Express and in a nutshell got the impression that if I wasn't happy I guess I could take my business some place else. No transparency and needless to say no reciprocation from their part!
