Aarons Sale And Lease Complaint - Aarons Manager Was Rude To Me

Review by nikkiboo on 2010-09-29
ALTOONA, PENNSYLVANIA -- Aarons manager in Altoona, Pa is rude. I had their merchandise and decide I didn't wanna keep paying for 2 years. I called them today and asked if I can have my money back since its less than 30 days he flat out told me NO. Real rude I will never go there again.

Just because you didn't get the answer you wanted from the manager, that does not make him rude. It does however make him honest in his answer

You signed a contract. Just because you changed your mind does not make that contract go away. The manager was not rude, he simply answered your question in a forthright and legal manner. I do not think Aaron's has an escape clause for getting out of the contract due to buyer's remorse.

Since when did it become rude to hold somebody to a contract they knowingly and willfully signed?

Anybody? Anybody? Bueller?

cos... apparently people think contracts are only valid if they want them to be.

but tell you what... if the company broke the contract you know people would scream about it being unfair.

I no longer want to pay my cell phone bill anymore, but I'm under contract for another 8 months. If I call them now to try and get out of it and they say no, is that rude too?

If you want to get out of contract, you'll have to pay the early termination fee.

Next time, get a pre-paid phone. No contracts involved, no hidden fees, and no sneaky tactics!
