Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - No help from HP "customer service"
When I upgrade my computer, and started using Windows 7, I repeatedly had a window pop up to "align cartridge" for my HP printer. Figuring that it was a change in operating system, I downloaded the most current drivers. Did not solve the problem. Next, I completely removed and installed the software. No luck.
Called HP for help, explained the problem, explained what I did. She then told me she could not help me unless I had a credit card, and paid for the help.
I can't tell you how much I have paid this company in ink cartridges over many years. No more. I'll find another printer. While they have a dominant market share (today, anyway) of the printer market, there are others I will give my money to. Terrible "customer support."
