Smartzone Complaint - Smartzone Sending Notifications Of Emails To Unknown Addresses

Review by tootsie j. schnitzle on 2010-09-30
Comcast mailer daemon sends message that my email to aggregations@brassielde.com hasn't gone through. Except I didn't send any such email. Comcast assures me that this is a fictitious address and that no email was sent.

They told me to "rest assured" that their engineers were "on it" fixing the Smartzone problem. How assured should I rest?

Is Smartzone an oxymoron?

Sounds like a hacker got into your account. It happened to me with my
yahoo account last year. It was happening with a lot of yahoo accounts
at the time. My husband had an old account that he had deleted come back.
It seems like they are trying to get rid of it, since the hacker uses
a virus through their system to get into the accounts.

You should change your password that helps.
