TXU Energy Complaint - TXU-Worst Customer Service EVER!
DALLAS, TEXAS -- Just received a disconnection notice after thinking I was on a payment plan. Turns out the deferred payment plan they were nice enough to make for me was done incorectly - I had no such plan. I spoke to the clerk, their supervisor and even their supervisor. The manager in charge was a smug and condescending. He in no way tried to assist me, bascially called me a liar and told me he was not going to help me because it was not TXU's fault. For over an hour I was on the phone and each person I spoke to gave me a different story. They do not know the meaning of customer service.
This is not the first time I have had issues with them messing up my bill. I will be switching energy companies soon. And I advise anybody considering signing on with TXU to reconsider. Especially since the rate is no real savings when you compare to other companies. I rather go back to Reliant, at least with them I didn't get headaches and arrogant supervisors to deal with.
