InReach Internet Provider Complaint - What to Expect from InReach

InReach bought my account from and never provided comparable service. I cancelled my service in January 2009. The young man responsible for retining my account did a terrible job, refused to admit it, and fraudulently kept my "account" on the books until April 2009. In January 2009, they insisted on sending me a modem after I told them not to bother. The modem came about two weeks later and I refused delivery. My new provider had me up and running the next day. They then sent my "account" to collections trying to collect three months of service fees. If InReach purchases your account, run for the exit.

This is a very poor provider for anyone who needs or wants dependable internet service. As confirmation of my "order," they printed a page from their website. Anyone can do that and call it an "order."
