Lenovo Complaint - Competitors are Beating you
I bought a Lenovo laptop for School about a year ago. One of the people I work with said Lenovo was a good laptop. I just had the computer just under a year when the Hard drive went out and that the keys started falling off as well. I called Levono, thinking it was under a year I could get a replacement. Instead, they told me they couldn't fix the keys because it was over the 3 month period. Which to me, if the keys started falling off under a year of having it, the laptop seems like crap. First off, the laptop is way over priced. I expect that from a laptop I buy at Walmart not through a website which is competing with Dell and HP. It was a waste of money and time. Instead of buying a Lenovo this time I bought a Dell. Which seems to be less junk. Secondly, If a customer comes to you saying the keys are falling off and the hard drive, give them a replacement laptop. It's horrible service not to fix something that a person bought under a year of having.
