Kentucky Fried Chicken Complaint - Filthy Store - Unsanitary Store
LAWTON, OKLAHOMA -- I recently visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken store in Lawton Oklahoma (Store# 33 on Lee Blvd. I had heard rumors from friends and KFC employees not to eat at this particular store. Due to the restaurant being unclean, poor service and the manager not caring. I rarely listen to rumors; however on 1 October 2010 approximately 1:30, I was in the area and decided I wanted KFC. I ordered my food and tried to find a table that was not dirty. Me being a retired soldier. I wiped the table off myself and being to enjoy my meal. As I looked around I saw trash on the floor which is not unusual being that it was right after lunch however, this appeared to be trash from all day. And I am not even going to elaborate on the fly infestation. I watched as customers would take a bite, swat a fly, take a bite swat a fly. Needless to say I did not enjoy my meal. I attempted to dispose my meal in the trash can and head to the KFC on Cache Rd, only the trash can bins where overflowing. I asked the manager on duty in a professional manner, why all the tables are dirty and the trash is overflowing. Her reply was (oh ugh....he hadn't had a chance to get out on the floor yet) I turned around and saw only four customers in the store. I left this nasty store and headed to the KFC store on Cache road (store 31). This store is always clean. Store 33 probably should take head to store 31. Lastly the manager on duty looked unclean (long hair down her back, shirt not tucked in). I should have listened to some of the KFC employees as well as my friends not to eat at this particular KFC. I will never eat at store 33 again.
