Advantage Rent-A-Car Informative - Bad Customer Service- Waited 2 Hours In The Airport!!!
CHICAGO ORDCHICAGO ORD, ILLINOIS -- My husband rented a car from Advantage Rent-a car in Chicago, last week-end. First of all it was impossible to find their location at the airport to go and pick-up the car. Priceline gave us a wrong address. Second, it doesn't say where the driver stops at the airport. We called the 1-800 number and they called the division in Chicago. We had to wait for almost TWO HOURS to be picked up and taken to the car location. No apologies of course for the wait!!!
We needed a GPS. DO you think we got it for free for a day after all the hassle? NO!!!
DO NOT RENT FROM ADVANTAGE RENT-A CAR IN CHICAGO!!!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY!!
