Dish Network Complaint - Terrible Customer Service That Tries to Keep You From Cancelling
This terrible company is filled with people who don't serve the customer but instead simply try to make money for the company. No surprise there--but they raise rates without telling the customer and then try to keep you from cancelling when you call to disconnect. It took me OVER TWO HOURS and calls to SIX DIFFERENT DISH REPS to get my service disconnected. DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO DISH. It may seem cheap up front but in the end they will have bumped up the rates without telling you and then try to force you to keep the service when you don't want it.
