Cingular Wireless Complaint - Renewing contract - AT & T Wireless
I am an old AT&T customer for the last 5 years. My contract expired last year in July 2004 and I decided to get a new one in January. So I called in for a one year contract. I was told I will get extra 100 minutes, early weeknight free and mobile to mobile free.
As i had used a lot of my monthly minutes I decided to call back at the end of the month to avoid high pro rated charges. At the end of hte month wen I called I was told that the offer is not valid fo r a one month contract but for a two year contract even though in the notes it mentiones a one year contract.
Cant believe they try to screw me after being with them for 5 years.
