KitchenAid Complaint - Kitchen aid ice maker problem
I purchased a model KUIS18PNTW2 ice maker in July, 2010. It worked fine for almost 6 weeks then suddenly stopped making ice. I checked everything indicated in the manual and found no problems. Kitchen Aid sent a service person but three trips, two new parts, and five weeks later, it is still not working. I asked Kitchen Aid for a replacement and it became apparent that would not happen any time soon. They did offer to extend the warranty but that isn't much help if they can't get it working again.
