Budd Baer GMC of Washington Pennsylvania Complaint - Sick to my stomach - Transmission Problem

Review by jimmie17 on 2010-10-03
WASHINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- Well first of all I just wish after all thats going on in this country of our and all thats going on in our economy I could maybe get a helping hand when it comes to the dealership could actually fix my car the right way and not, after three plus months, continue to pull me around by a chain to the throat. I'm at whits end and no idea where to turn. the dealership names budd baer, which there slogan is, "the honest dealer" would actually take the time to cater to the little people and help them with some sort of class to see that there car, no matter what the car costs or what class it belongs to, can be fixed well and without not to worry if your gonna make it home safe, and to have some sort of consumer satifaction. I don't know where to turn I have tried contacting General Motors but with no luck it seems like all I find on the all mighty internet, it seems like my words end up in outer space a million light years away. luckly I have access with a vehicle to get me to work but its very hard for the remainder of the 15 hours to do my ususal duties for me and my family. I just yesterday, for the forth time, picked up my 2005 chevey cobalt from the dealer fully insured to me it would be fixed for a small fee. once again shell out money again to drive the car one day and for the following day to see and feel the car doing the same thing again. just to let you all know, its a very bad feeling slamming gears and a bad feeling, with your family in tow, not to be able to stop at a red light or stop sign. I just want my life back and with this gmc cerified dealer in sales and repair shop I can't see it happening anytime soon. I have been fighting this dealer for over three months. it hard to believe any thing when they reassure my for the forth time all is well. thats four associates to be exact. minus the vacationing owner thats o so hard to get ahold of. please if there is anyone out that could help please try to help me. aaaaaahhhhhh idk what to do I need my car........

Alot of things make me sick to my stomach, and sleazy salesmen are one of them.

If the dealer can't fix it, why not just take it someplace else to be fixed? I wouldn't go back there for anything.
