Johnny Park, LAX Complaint - Worst experience with the shuttle service

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- The most unpleaant experience I had ever with the shuttle driver. The JonnyPark driver did not pay ttention to or deliberately ignor the presence of the customers. The first time, the shuttle went by like a rocket, and I couldn't really have the chance to wave my hands. The second time, the driver ignored my presence, abd didn't stop at all. The third time I had to jump into the road and yell to the driver to get the attention. It took me one hour to get on the shuttle. The driver wore a sunglass, and had no sense on what kind of the job he was doing. When I called the number (for 5 times), nobody picked up the phoneto answer.

Their checkin/out service was extremely slow and all people worked there seemed to have bad mood.

I stronly suggest you not to use their service. It is not worthing saving a few bucks.

Airport shuttles run on a timetable, usually about every 15 minutes. They make several stops, and have a passenger capacity limit. If they are full, and even sometimes if they are far behind schedule, they will not stop, you just have to wait for the next shuttle, frustrating, I know.
