Carowinds Theme Park Complaint - Lets start the ride before we buckle them in!

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- This is the letter it sent the customer relations manager. It pretty much sums up my complaint:

Sir/Madame,
I would just like to inform you of an experience at your park on 10/1/10. A group of 3, including myself, went to Scarowinds. After being stuck on the Swinging Boat ride for 20 minutes because of an issue, we decided to ride Night Hawk. As we are boarding the ride, one member of our party was strapped in. While the other member and myself were waiting to be strapped in, we notice the worked give a thumbs up, ready to start the ride. The steats acutally began to lay back before my friend and I were even strapped into the ride. No waist or shoulder restraint. We had to hop up and alert the staff we were not in! This has ruined your park for the three of us and I am sad to say I will never buy another season pass from this park again. I just though you should know the incompentence of your employees. I believe his name was Michael.

I think this theme park has got to be the worst theme park I have ever went to, the seats do not accommodate heavier people which I think is ridiculous my time their was hell.
