Crossroads Music Complaint - Fails to deliver items, responds to query with obscenity.

LEBANON, INDIANA -- This company has websites at both

They are supposedly based in Lebanon, Indiana.
We placed an online order with them for a lighting fixture.

When the item did not arrive - but the credit card bill did - we called their 800 number with our phone number and our order number asking for shipping information. We called several times, during business hours. We never got anything but a voicemail system. No one returned our calls.

We then e-mailed the company, including all the relevant information. We got back an unsigned e-mail telling us to call the 800 number.

We e-mailed again, saying that we had tried calling the number, and we if we neither received the product or any shipping information in a reasonable abount of time, we would regretfully have to request a chargeback.

We then received SEVERAL unsigned e-mails that sounded like they were written by a 3rd-grader, calling us obscene names and claiming that they had sent the product to us but now they were "going to have it returned." (umm... once something is actually mailed, you can't get the post office to return it to you - they never mailed the item at all.

Just a warning about this scam artist! I doubt their business even exists!
