I ordered Skin-eze on 09/19/10 and called on 10/05/10 to ask about why it hasn't been delivered. [snip] answered the phone with an attitude and said, "We are not responsible for the mailing system." There was no empathy or a caring tonality to resolve the issue. Just attitude. I asked her why she was yelling at me when I asked to speak to her supervisor. She hung up.

I WILL NOT order from them again....EVER. People are out of jobs and these kind of people have jobs! Wow. Karma can and will be unkind.

Don't let some snippy agent get to you. Did you try calling back, and asking for a supervisor?
Try contacting them via email for information regarding your order, and also let them know how rudely you were treated, and then hung up on. Here is the contact link:

When I tried asking for a supervisor or manager, she said, "No, you can't talk to one." I don't know if she was the supervisor or manager, but she was uncooperative from beginning to end. I tried calling back several times but the same person answered the phone. I already looked at your link before I posted, but I was afraid she was going to read that email and delete it.
