AllergicPet.com Complaint - The Worse Customer Service
I ordered Skin-eze on 09/19/10 and called on 10/05/10 to ask about why it hasn't been delivered. [snip] answered the phone with an attitude and said, "We are not responsible for the mailing system." There was no empathy or a caring tonality to resolve the issue. Just attitude. I asked her why she was yelling at me when I asked to speak to her supervisor. She hung up.
I WILL NOT order from them again....EVER. People are out of jobs and these kind of people have jobs! Wow. Karma can and will be unkind.
