Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast Sucks - CABLE,INTERNET,VOICE
CONNECTICUT -- Comcast are rip offs. There is no communication between the customer service agents and the field technicians. I had to have 4 service calls within the first two weeks of my service. When they initially came for installation the tech didn't have the proper equipment and only one of my services were working 50 percent. My on demand wasn't working properly, the internet service wasn't running and my caller id wasn't working. Two days later I received a bill for 200.00. I finally figured out the problem myself and ran the software for my internet which the technician didn't do. I called and asked for 2 different digital ondemand boxes due to the outdated boxes they had given me werent compatible with the caller id feature that was included in my package. The 3 times the field technician arrived to change the digital boxes he couldn't because each time they arrived with the same boxes that I had already. Therefore that shows me there isn't any communication between the CSR'S and the field techs. I'm totally disgusted with Comcast at this point, and the only reason why I'm continuing to keep the service is because there's no other provider that supports the area that I reside in.
