PayPal Complaint - Bill me later

Yes I have used Bill-Me-Later. I puchased a toy for my nephew 2 months ago. To my surprise, they do not automatically extract the bill from the owner, Paypal -- they charge late fees. Listen, I can not imagine a bigger scam of a business. I would suggest everyone stay as far away from Pay Me Later as possible. I was charged about $24 for a 2 late fees on a $40 item. This is not right, it makes no sense to go with these people, I could not be more disgusted.
