Atlantic Sportswear Complaint - Charged my account - didn't deliver
During last holiday season I ordered sportswear for gifts. I received purchase confirmation which did not specify when delivery would occur. Several weeks went by and I called to inquire. I was told some of the items were backordered and there was no information about a delivery date. I decided to wait. After about a week, I gave up and emailed to cancel the order. I asked for a confirmation email and received no reply. I see that my account was charged $63 for these items which I never received. Yesterday I emailed again to request a refund or delivery and still received no reply even though the email was opened and read (AOL reports on this). I would like the items or a refund.
