Pickupflowers.com Complaint - Passing the blame - International Flower Delivery
I ordered flowers on www.pickupflowers.com for delivery on 5 October 2010 to South Africa. The order was place on 02 Oct 2010. After inquiries why the flowers haven't been delivered, the company told me the florist had no luck delivering at the address in South Africa on the 5th of October.
The flowers were delivered on the 6th of October and to my shock I have to learn that the Florist never tried to deliver the flowers on the 5th because they only received the order earlier the day on the 6th.
Do companies with dishonest behaviour really expect to be successful and make a profit in these tight economical times. Flowers is a luxury..
