Sprint Complaint - Don't choose Sprint
Drop...Drop... that's what happens every time I use my phone at home. They were nice and tried to help. But when they couldn't do anything for me they would let me cancel my service without a $200 fee. I might be wrong but should a contract be two sided. I pay on time every month and in return I get service. I don't expect never to drop a call, but I should have service at home. We all use our phones the most at home. They told me I was covered. I could see not letting me cancel if I have been with them for a long time and now I want out of my contract, but I have only been with them for a month when I started complaining about my service. If they would have let me cancel I would have left a happy customer and never wrote a review. Now I tell everyone I know that Sprint is bad and not to choose them.
Sprint needs to know that contracts are two sided and both parties should be happy. Sprint would cancel me if I didn't pay my bill!!!!!!!
