Crescent Processing Company Complaint - Stay Away From This Company

DALLAS, TEXAS -- This company has ripped me off. We started processing credit cards with this company in March, 2009. The company sent their free card reader, and when we received it, it did not work. The company sent me another one and debited my checking account with a $50 "EQUIPMENT FEE" !!! This is before I even had run a single transaction. Their rates ended up higher than their "salesman" had quoted me, and every month had several fees that had not been disclosed. Now, they have charged me back for a check that we processed and informed me that they don't guarantee checks over $300.

What good is their service if I am the one taking the risk on insufficient funds?

In answer to your question, "What good is their service...": Apparently not very good. By now you are probably looking for processing company (hopefully).
