Metro Medical Complaint - Improved The Delivery Service

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- "In an effort to provide the best service possible, we try our best to get orders out the same day they are ordered if the order is placed before 1pm." MY ORDER WAS PLACED AT 9AM AND WAS NOT TURN IN UNTIL TUESDAY MORNING LOOKING LIKE I HAVE ORDER MY SUPPORT HOSE AT 11PM AT NIGHT. "Typically, these items, if not in stock, arrive at our warehouse from the manufacturer within 2-3 business days." I WAS TOLD THAT MY ITEMS WERE IN STOCK. " They are always shipped out to you the same day that we receive them. You will be notified, usually via email, if there is an item that is backordered from the manufacturer and we try our best to give an estimated date that you may expect your product(s). If you have other items on an order that has a backordered item(s), we will ship out everything else on the order and ship the backordered item separately at no additional cost as soon as it comes in." qoutes are in small letters from the company site.

I WAS NEVER GIVEN AN EMAIL AS ABOVE MENTION IN THEIR POLICY AND WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER I REQUESTED 2 DAY USPS AND THE COMPANY TELLS ME THAT SINCE IT WAS NOT RECORED AND PUT IN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM --IT IS MY ERROR AND THEY WILL SHIP IT WHENEVER IN 4-7 DAYS. I WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON THAT TOOK MY ORDER DID NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND SHOULD HAVE NOT TOLD ME THAT MY ORDER WAS IN STOCK. THIS DISTURBS ME OF CREDIT FARUD. WHEN I MENTION THIS TO THE COMPANY THEY BRUSH ME OFF. THIS COMPANY PRESIDENT NEED TO ADDRESS THE BLUNDER OR ERRORS THAT JILL, KRISTAN AND ASHLEY IS CREATING WITH MY ORDER.

This would be easier to read if you separate what the site states from your experience.

Who told you that the person who took your order did not work for the company?

if they didn't work for the company why were they answering the phone?
