All American Multinationals and Government institutes Informative - Automated voice mail services and waiting times

Review by Bas van Genderen on 2010-10-08
I wonder if CEO's of America's multinationals sometimes call their own corporate phone number and try to get an answer on simple questions.
We had a wonderful experience today.....we had a little issue with a rental car company who charged us for what we had paid for already to an online travel agency. What could have been handled in 5 minutes took us and I do not exaggerate over 8 hours in phone communications (of which 7 1/2 hours making choices in voice activated systems).
Where are the days that the customer had priority??? Oh sorry they have when we can get their money, waiting time for making a car reservation is 2 minutes or less but solving a billing issue seriously 8 hours and then get the reply that it might take 12 business days.

Mr. Obama with your wonderful government please forbid these answering methods and you will decrease the unemployment with 300k people who will be able to make an income and what will make doing business a pleasure again.

Let's build a world without these voice activated impersonal machines and set up a group who will fight for this great cause.

Yes in our company the phone is answered by life people who love to work for and service our customers.
