Qwest Complaint - Beware - When Qwest Says There Is No Out Of Pocket Charges For Installations (They Lie)
ARIZONA -- For months my Qwest internet service was up and down, I was told it was because a new line was being installed in the neighborhood. After a while they told me it was the phone jack in my house. I talked to someone in the Loyalty Department and she said that Qwest would credit me for a technician to come out to install a new jack so they could keep my business. I ask if there would be any out of pocket charges and she assured me there wouldn’t. I get a bill this month for $99 jack install charge and when I call I got the run around and then I was told they would not credit me and I would have to pay this charge.
I was also told that if I cancel my service before 6 months are up I will be charged up to $160. I will cancel my service the second 6 months are up. This company is misleading and untrustworthy!!!
