Cordia Complaint - Fake offer about their unlimited call

Review by Diku on 2010-10-08
NEW YORK -- I have been using cordia from one month and after one month I had sign auto payment option for that offer. they offer me unlimited call to 45 contry from your cell phone in just 19.99. so I like their offer and sign up for account after use of one month they fill autorefill from account amount of 19.99 and after using 10 days of new month they just block my account. and when I call them they told me that your usage is over then our limit. so I says this unlimited plan their should not be unlimited plan. unlimited minutes that my choise whatever I use. and they told me to update account in prepaid service. and then I told them just give me my money back then they litreely said that we cannot give you money back. its not in our terms and condition.
so don't go for this fake unlimited calling companyies. they all are mothe\\F.

Looks like you never should have agreed to the auto payment. If a company demands that from you then they aren't worth dealing with.

Yeah. The "limited" unlimited plan. You probable were talking more than they expect most of their customers to talk, so they probably deemed you as a profit loss.
