Priceline.com Complaint - Horrible Customer Service- - Why put up with it?
NORWALK, CONNECTICUT -- My daughter had purchased airline tickets thru Priceline.com. Due to combine reasons - - including medical - - my daughter missed her initial flight. After calling and calling Priceline - - Priceline continue to put the blame on the airline. I was attempting to reschedule for a new flight. I did a conference call with airline and Priceline. The bottom line was PRICELINE.com was unwilling to bend any rules our help me our during this stressful time. I had to purchased another ticket through Priceline inorder for my daughter to travel back home. I purchased another ticket using my charge card. Days later my daughter received a refund in her account for the purchase of the initial ticket. WE WERE SO HAPPY. This happiness was short lived!!!! Priceline took back the refund they gave her plus charged her account again for the tickets I had purchased for her. So I paid for ticket on my credit card now they are charging her without any one's permission! We had talked to so many "robot" that are following a script. They are from Costa Rico, the Philippines and I think maybe Mexico. I am exhausted just trying to get some HELP! I have several issues that are yet to be resolved: #1 IF you credit my daughter account for the purchase of the initial tickets - -why come back and tacke it back without communicating with anyone? #2. Why would you charge my daughter's account for airlines I purchased on my credit card? #3 Why would it take almost an ACT of GOD for me to get a refund? You have money that is not yours - - why not just refund our money?
WHY ARE WE SUPPORTING THIS COMPANY? THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and had to find anyone who speaks ENGLISH.
